Protected Learning Time
Protected Learning Time (PLT) is when the Surgery will be closed for staff training. At our King Harolds Way Surgery, Cardiology appointments will go ahead as normal. Please refrain from coming into reception unless you have an appointment during these times.
Our telephone lines will be covered by an external team so you can still call us but you will not be talking to members of our reception teams. If you have an emergency during these times then as always, please use an emergency service such as 999.
