A new sexual health campaign is being launched this summer to encourage residents in the borough to use innovative home sampling kits.
The easy-to use kits can be ordered by anyone over the age of 18 to test for sexually transmitted infections such as HIV, Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea.
Information about the Bexley Sexual Health website, which was launched in 2015, will begin appearing across the borough to coincide with the campaign.
A video on the website provides information about how to get the samples needed, with further support available via a helpline.
Results are usually available within five working days and are sent by text, providing a convenient alternative to a sexual health clinic.
